Billing Information

Billing Information is the address that your bank has on record and where you receive your bank statements.

For users who are already registered, Billing Address textboxes are automatically completed with the address details supplied during registration. If Billing Address is not the same as Registration Address, uncheck the box and enter new data.

Shipping Information

Shipping Information is the address to which you wish ordered products to be delivered. If Shipping Information is not the same as Billing Information, uncheck the box and then enter Delivery Address where you want the package to be sent.

To calculate shipping costs to destination address, tick the box next to a selected shipping service in Service Section, then press the button “Shipping Costs” and shipping rates for your package will be displayed.

Shipping Options

Here is the list of shipping services available via which your package can be sent to a chosen destination address. To calculate shipping costs for the products you ordered, just tick the box next to a selected shipping service (e.g. Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, International Expedited, etc.), press the button “Shipping Costs”, and the rates will be displayed below.

Payment Information

In Payment Information section you need to complete the following details to proceed with Order/Purchase procedure:

• Credit Card Holder – the name that appears on your credit card
• Type of Credit Card – check the type of your credit card and then select this type from the drop down list (chose from the following card types: Visa, American Express, Master Card, JCB, Discover)
• Credit Card Number – enter carefully to avoid any mistakes your credit card number (a sequence of digits printed on the front of the card) in an appropriate format; e.g. 1111-1111-1111-1111 or 1111111111111111
• Expiration Date – select from drop down lists a month and a year when your credit card expires
• CSV – this is a card security value; for Visa Card it is a 3-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa card account number; for Master Card it is a 3-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card; for American Express it is 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.
